We began with stakeholder interviews to understand the client’s vision, goals, and challenges. Next, we conducted user research and surveys to gather insights from brands and influencers. A competitor analysis helped us identify gaps and opportunities in the market. We then created user personas and journey maps to visualize pain points and workflows. Through workshops and ideation, we aligned on key features, trust mechanisms, and payment structures. Finally, prototyping and user validation ensured the platform was user-centric, scalable, and effective.
Design plays a crucial role in shaping perceptions and creating memorable experiences. A well-crafted design not only communicates ideas effectively but also evokes emotions, captures attention, and builds trust. Since the client requested a dark theme with a minimal approach, we carefully selected colors that pop against the dark background, ensuring clarity and visual appeal. Instead of busy illustrations or distracting elements, we focused on a clean, uncluttered layout that keeps users engaged. The goal was to strike a balance—minimal but not dull, sleek yet functional. Every color choice and design detail was intentional, making the experience visually refreshing and easy to navigate. This way, users stay focused while still enjoying a polished and engaging interface.
Creating a responsive experience for our application, particularly for dashboards, was both challenging and rewarding. We focused on making complex data visualizations and insights easy to read on various screen sizes through careful planning and testing. This process encouraged us to balance functionality and aesthetics, ensuring a seamless user experience.
After finalizing the designs, we held a knowledge transfer session with the development team to walk through screens and user flows. We clarified key interactions and design logic, ensuring a smooth implementation. Throughout development, we were available to address any questions and provide necessary assets.
